CID - S01E67 - The Poisoned Chocolates - Part 1

Bharat Saxena, the Chief reporter at an agency for news is being seen breathing hard when he’s complaining of extreme stomach discomfort. The colleague he is with tells him that all he consumed was chocolate and they try to find an appointment with a doctor. When they attempt to get Bharat’s wife to know about this incident the team members visits Bharat’s home only to discover his wife gone. CID team is inquiring about the death of Bharat, and they learn that she also ate chocolates Bharat consumed. In the meantime, Bharat’s acquaintance, the Mr. Khanna, informs the team that he’d given these chocolates to Bharat because he received them in exchange in exchange for an award.
