The neighbours are told that Ravi intends to murder Jaya and gathers the neighbors to help her, however, it turns out that Jaya is okay. However, a couple of days later, a shot can be heard throughout the community as the corpse of Jaya is discovered close to an unconscious Sameer holding the gun in his hands.
