CID comes across an case involving a psychotic artist who is obsessed with eyeballs in an art school that was once a part of. While the police investigate the case as they investigate the case, they visit museums, art institutions as well as dead bodies missing eyes, and anything that points to an eye surgeon making use of his surgical skills to satisfy his sadistic desires.
