In the meantime, Prabha feels depressed when she discovers that her son has decided to make his mind to remain out of her. Then, Shantha notices Ammaji preparing the milk for Madhvi, and she gets her from the kitchen. Shantha then prepares her own milk, and then mixes in the medication that she bought.
