The plot of Prema is about the two couples, Peter and Laxmi that live together with their daughter of three years. As Peter comes from a hard-working home, Laxmi hails from a wealthy family. If Laxmi as well as Peter suffer fatal injuries through an accident, the responsibility of their daughter was handed over to the control of Prema (Peter’s sister). The circumstances however cast Prema into a bad image, and this makes Pranay (Laxmi’s cousin) to assume responsibility for the girl. The story will unfold in the course of Prema and Pranay each struggle for take possession of the child despite the odds of their families.
