The plot of Prema follows the story of the love story of Peter and Laxmi that live together with their daughter of 3 years. As Peter is from a low-income home, Laxmi hails from a wealthy family. If Laxmi as well as Peter suffer fatal injuries due to an accident, the responsibility of their daughter was handed over to the control of Prema (Peter’s sister). The circumstances however cast Prema in a negative image, and this makes Pranay (Laxmi’s cousin) to assume responsibility for the girl. The story will unfold through the story as Prema and Pranay independently battle for the rights to take possession of the child despite the odds of their families.
