However, before he is able to consume it, Shani exposes him and Devi Mohini beheads him. Mahadev intervenes following Shani is unable to take the Amrit and states that he’s made a vow not to accept the Amrit. Shani’s decision to grant his Amrit to Shukracharya is a shock to the Devas.
