(Hindi the title is pRthvii Vllbh) is a period drama Bollywood film written and directed by Sohrab Modi. It was made as part of the Minerva Movietone banner it was made available in 1943. The plot is an adaptation from K. M. Munshi's novel Prithvi Vallabh written in 1920. The music was composed written by Rafiq Ghaznavi, Saraswati Devi and Rafiq and lyrics written from Pandit Sudershan. He also created the screenplay and dialogue. The movie starred Sohrab Modi Durga Khote Sankatha Prasad Kajjan, Meena Shorey, Sadiq Ali, K. N. Singh and Al Nasir. The film is about two kings Prithvi Vallabh (Munj) from Avantipur who is gentle and just, as well as Tailap an heir to the same throne who's unkind and cruel. With the aid of his daughter Mrinalvati (Durga Khote) as well as another king in the area, Bhillam (K. N. Singh), Tailap manages to be able to capture Prithvi Vallabh.
