Colors TV going to debut a new series during its prime-time slot, which is aiming to transform the mindset of patriarchy in society by promoting a idea of equality for both genders. The program will feature one of the children in its main character, playing by Pehredaar Piya Ki fame actor Afaan Khan. The plot will center on the lives of a family who live in a tiny town called Kutch Gujrat. The head of the family is performed by Yash Tonk. The character that is his wife played by the actress Mitali Nag. The husband and wife couple has four kids- three girls and a boy. The boy's role will be played by Afaan Khan. He plays the role as Roop. The father of Roop will be a policeman who would like Roop to be strong and masculine as him. But Roop will notice the fact that his father's job is just 8 hours in his duties, whereas his mom works all day in the household. Roop is determined to change the notion that men are more superior, and instead will assist his mother with the family chorus since the mom's work is just as important in comparison to their father's. The program aims at spreading a powerful campaign for women and men equal rights that are lacking throughout the nation.
